  • Michelle Suarez appointed Managing Partner of Patton Boggs Dallas office

    The Dallas office of Patton Boggs, an active member of the local finance community, announced that Michelle Suarez assumed the position of Managing Partner of the Dallas office effective January 1, 2010. 

    Ms. Suarez, an equity partner who specializes in the representation of senior and junior capital providers and private equity groups, is the first female Managing Partner of the Dallas office.  We recently visited with Ms. Suarez to ask about her new responsibilities and expectation for the coming year.
